February 9-12, 2021

We are definitely back in the swing of things and moving through third quarter! So many of the students are staying on top of their work, and it is great to see their focus improve. Please check your child’s chat with me on a regular basis to see how often I am reminding him/her to turn in assignments and to make sure messages are being read and responded to. It is also a great idea to check ATLAS on a regular basis and see if assignments are marked as incomplete or late. I cannot thank you enough for your support at home! I have offered a few extra credit opportunities lately, and you can see in ATLAS if they have chosen to participate in those.

As you have read from Mrs. Gengozian, individual pictures will be taken at Manchester on February 16 and 17. I will have materials out and available on both days so you can swing by the classroom and grab your next batch of materials when you are here for the pictures. These pictures will be put in the yearbook, so I encourage you to make time for them. (I believe the time frame is from 2-6, but I am sure we will hear more as the date approaches.)

I will also be sending a link out though Remind for you to submit pictures that will make up our collage page in the yearbook. You can submit any school related pictures. They will go directly to the parent who oversees the yearbook and she will choose which ones to include on our page. I am going to have all the students grab a screenshot of themselves and submit that as well so everyone will be represented. I will be talking with the students about that this coming week.

Thank you for continuing to check Actionaly and Remind for any important information. I know that it can all get overwhelming, so I try not to overwhelm you. 😊
